Australian Leg Spinner Shane Warne want to be coach of the Indian Cricket Team. The Aussie said he want to work with a talented team like India.

Indian team playing without a coach since the 2015 world cup in Australia after finishing the contract of Duncan Fletcher. Ravi Shastri was working as team director, but his contract has also finish it was till World T20. Ravi Shastri also have chance to be a coach of the Indian Team.

India are set to play Zimbabwe after the Indian Premier League; the Indian Cricket Board has three months to decide on the new coach.

“I would love to work with the Indian team,” Warne said. “They are a very talented, wonderful team to work for. There’s a lot of pressure (working with them).

“There are about a billion-plus people supporting the Indian cricket team,” he added. “If you make a mistake you cop it. I have copped it plenty of times on many different things.”

“I’ve never said never in my life to anything. I’ve always been open to anything so when it comes to coaching India, coaching an IPL (Indian Premier League) team – coaching England, maybe not.”

Warne has experience of coaching, He train few Indian Players like Ravindra Jadeja, Yusuf Pathan, Ajikya Rahane as he was a player-coach of the Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League. He led them to tournament win in 2008.
