Brett Lee joins Ruby Kanchi Warriors as mentor

Former Australian fast bowler and former Knight Rider bowler, Brett Lee has been appointed as a mentor and Brand ambassador of the TNPL’s Ruby Kanchi Warriors Builders which represents Kancheepuran City.

Team price was Rs 3.69 crorre and bought by the Ruby Builders in recent Auction of TNPL.

Brett retire from International cricket in 2012 but he continues to play in the T20 leagues around the world. He lastly played in IPL was back in 2013.

But he continues to play in Big Bash league, the Australians T20 tournament held in December, he finished his career in 2015.

Recently he was part of the Virgo Super Kings in the retired players Master Champions League.

Another Australian and best finisher in the world in his time Michael Bevan also appointed as a head coach for the Madurai Super Giants in this TNPL.

While Lyca Kovai Kings appointed South African All Rounder Lance Klusener as their head coach.

This looks like to be a cracker of the Tournament and epected to get more populsr then the Karnataka Premier League, Which was already had 4 seasons.

 

The tournament begins on 27th August, with matches at Dindigul and Chennai.
