Virat Kohli has reportedly purchased a apartment in Worli, Mumbai.
According to a report in Economic Times, Virat Kohli, has bought a luxury pad in realty developer Omkar Realtors & Developers’ residential project Omkar 1973 in Worli locality for Rs 34 crore.
According to a source of ET, Kohli has invested in a 7,171-sq-ft sea-view apartment on the 35th floor of tower C of the super-luxury project. Yuvraj Singh already has his apartment on tower C on 29th floor, which brought in 2014.
“While the talks for buying the apartment have been going on for the last few months, the transaction has been concluded recently. While the apartment will be bare-shell, it can be customised into a lavish five-bedroom house,” a source told Economic Times.
The Aparment is part of ‘Sky Bungalows’ constructed in the housing complex comprising three towers. The flat offers a breathtaking view of the Arabian Sea.
According to the developer’s website, “each sky bungalow has a sprawling living room with both dining and seating areas, minimalistic bedrooms with a spa-like bathrooms, kid’s room, gym area, cigar room, kitchen and a servant’s room along with a separate kitchen”.
The company has already sold approximately 70% percent of its inventory in Omkar 1973. The developer have promised to deliver up to 30 floors of tower A by end-December 2016, while tower C, where Kohli has invested in apartment will be delivered by mid-2018.
