Manchester United have been linked with a move for the Joao Mario after failing to sign his team mate Portugal's new raising star  Renato Sanches.

But according to The Sun, Antonio Conte wants to bring him and he made a bid of £46 million.

They started bid for the Mario was £34 million as earlier reports now they increase their bid as Man Utd also wants to sign him.

Joao Mario is under contract with Sporting until 2020, but his father Joao Mario Eduardo has made it clear he’s not happy.

“Joao is hurt by Sporting… it is not normal that he is hurt but he thinks he is not sufficiently valued," Eduardo told Portuguese newspaper A Bola.

“Sporting say Joao is worth €60million (£50m) but they pay him like he's a €10m (£7.7m) player!"
