Mumbai Cricket Association decided to that ticket rates of the test match between India and England from December 8-12 was less so people came to watch the test cricket.

They decided that lower rate of the ticket was 100 Rs. Before this they made that lower when Sachin Tendulkar played his farewell match.

“We have decided to keep the ticket rates cheaper as compared to the rates we had maintained during the Tendulkar Test match,” by President Sharad Pawar.

Rs 100 to be seated in the Sunil Gavaskar East Stand (lower level), while the rate for the season ticket (all 5 days) has been kept at Rs 300 as compared to Rs 200 and Rs 500 three years ago.

This was great Initiative by Mumbai Cricket Association to make more fans came to watch the Test Cricket and the rates like less then movie ticket.
